Monthly Salary / Pay Scale

• Chargeman (Electrical): T–10 Scale of Pay (Rs. 28,740 – 3% – Rs. 72,110)
• Electrician ‘A’: T–08 Scale of Pay (Rs. 28,430 – 3% – Rs. 59,700)
• Electrician ‘B’: T–07 Scale of Pay (Rs. 28,280 – 3% – Rs. 57,640)
• WED ‘B’: T–07 Scale of Pay (Rs. 28,280 – 3% – Rs. 57,640)
• WED ‘C’: T–06 Scale of Pay (Rs. 28,120 – 3% – Rs. 55,620)
• Additional Benefits: Basic Pay, Industrial Dearness Allowance, Perk & Allowance @ 23% of Basic pay, Annual Ex–Gratia, Leaves, Leave Encashment, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, NPS, and free medical treatment for self, family, and dependent parents. Company accommodation may be provided, in which case HRA is not admissible.

Other Relevant Details

• Eligibility: Only Indian Nationals aged 18 years and above are eligible to apply.
• Application Process: Candidates must apply online through the HCL website "Careers" link. No manual applications will be accepted. Candidates can apply for multiple posts, but separate application fees apply for each. Written tests for various posts will be conducted in two different shifts on the same day.
• Important Instructions:
  • Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government Organization/Public Sector Undertakings and Autonomous Bodies must furnish a “NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” at the time of document verification.
  • Date of birth and name must match Matriculation/10th class certificate. An affidavit is required for any name variations.
  • Travelling Allowance will not be paid for appearing in written tests, document verification, or trade tests.
  • HCL Management reserves the right to alter/fix/cancel/modify/alter the recruitment/selection process.
  • Shortlisting will be based on information provided in the online application; candidates must ensure accuracy.
  • Candidates are advised not to attempt registration more than once for the same post.
  • No request for change of examination venue will be entertained.
  • The selected candidates will be posted in Khetri Copper Complex, Rajasthan State, but may be transferred to other Mines/Offices of KCC as per requirement.
  • The email ID and mobile number provided in the online application must remain active until the recruitment process is complete.
  • Information regarding document verification & written test will be provided via Admit Card/Call Letter, email, and SMS.
  • Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
