Desirable: Member of IAS/IFS/Group 'A' Central/State Civil Service with working experience in the North Eastern Region in the bamboo sector. |
Monthly Salary / Pay Scale
- Managing Director: Pay Matrix, Level-13 (pre revised pay band of PB-4 Rs.37,400 - 67,000/- + Grade Pay Rs. 8,700/-) or Pay Matrix, Level-12 (pre revised pay band of PB-3 Rs.15,600-39,100/- + Grade Pay Rs. 7,600/-).
- Terms & Conditions: The pay and other terms & conditions of the deputation will be regulated in accordance with GOI, DOPT's O.M No. 6/8/2009-Estt(Pay II) dated 17.06.2010 as amended from time to time OR the General Body's decision.

- Period of Deputation: Initially for 3 years, extendable by NEC as per rules.
- Application Process: Duly filled application form should reach Director (T&I), North Eastern Council Secretariat, Government of India, Nongrim Hills, Shillong-793003 (Meghalaya).
- Required Enclosures: Application in prescribed format (Annexure-III), Attested copies of ACRs / APAR for not less than 5 years, Vigilance Clearance Certificate, Major / Minor penalties report for the last 10 years, Integrity Certificate.
