About the Organization

TRAI is responsible for regulating telecommunications services, protecting the interests of service providers and consumers, and promoting the orderly growth of the telecom sector. • Part Time Medical Officer: ₹85,000/- per month

Other Relevant Details

• Nature of Service:
  • Provide medical advice/assistance to TRAI employees.
  • Attend to all visitors and provide medical attention.
  • Advise regarding referral to Specialists.
  • Advise regarding annual check-up of employees.
  • Prescriptions to be given (without any charges).
  • Attend officers/staff of TRAI and their family at his/her clinic (if required) with consultation charges fixed by CGHS for OPD.
  • In the event of a scheduled visit falling on a closed holiday, the same shall be compensated by a visit on any other working day with consultation of A&P Section of TRAI.
  • Conduct health check-up camps/health talks in association with renowned health institutions/doctors without any cost.
• Visiting Schedule: Thrice a week for three hours each day.
• Contract Period: Initially for two years, extendable for a further one year after review of performance on mutual consent.
• Termination Notice: Two months' notice from either side.
• TRAI Facilities: TRAI shall be responsible for providing a consultation room with requisite furniture and essential instruments like B.P. and Blood Sugar measuring instruments, thermometer etc., in its office premises.
