• Data & Analytics Lead - Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement analytics frameworks for platform performance and user behaviour monitoring aligned with SIDH Digital Public Infrastructure objectives.
  • Oversee real-time dashboards on skill acquisition, certification, employment outcomes, and scheme effectiveness across government programmes.
  • Establish data governance protocols ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
  • Drive predictive analytics to forecast skilling demand, optimise resource allocation, and identify emerging skill gaps.
  • Translate complex data insights into policy recommendations for MSDE and stakeholders.
  • Manage data quality assurance across integrated platforms.
  • Develop advanced analytics models for personalised learning pathways and career guidance.
  • Coordinate integration of external systems (Aadhaar eKYC, DigiLocker, PFMS, etc.) into SIDH data lake/warehouse.
• Data & Analytics Lead - Essential Skills:
  • Data engineering & orchestration on AWS: Informatica 10.5.4, Airflow, Jenkins, Kafka, PySpark/Spark.
  • Data lakes/warehouses: S3, Redshift/Snowflake, SQL/NoSQL (Postgres, Mongo, Cassandra).
  • BI & Reporting: Power BI.
  • Advanced analytics: Python/R for ML, NLP, forecasting, experimentation.
• Data & Analytics Lead - Desirable Skills:
  • Tableau/QuickSight, Elasticsearch; Delta/Iceberg lakehouse, Glue Catalog.
  • MLOps (SageMaker/MLflow), unstructured/NLP analytics.
  • Certifications like AWS Data Analytics, Azure Data Engineer, Power BI, and prior public sector analytics experience.
• UI/UX Lead - Experience & Role:
  • 8+ years in UI/UX design with 5+ years in senior role; experience in large corporations or government IT organisations.
  • Lead design strategy, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design for web and mobile platforms.
  • Work closely with product, development, BA, and stakeholder teams to deliver user-centric solutions.
  • Drive user research, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and adoption of responsive design frameworks.
• UI/UX Lead - Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to accessibility (WCAG), GIGW 3.0, and design system standards.
  • Translate user and business needs into intuitive, consistent interfaces.
  • Mentor junior UI/UX designers and ensure quality control in all deliverables.
  • Create social media posts, newsletters, banners, and digital creatives.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems; create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows.
• UI/UX Lead - Tools & Skills:
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for better developer collaboration.
  • Familiarity with testing/analytics tools like Hotjar, Maze.
  • Strong grasp of mobile-first, responsive design and visual style standards.
• UI/UX Lead - Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in government/large-scale/citizen-facing platforms; agile environment exposure; tools like ClickUp, JIRA, Confluence, Trello; UI/UX/Interaction Design certifications.
