Other Relevant Details

• Tenure: The tenure of Chairperson/Members of the Child Welfare Committees and Juvenile Justice Board shall be for a maximum period of 3 years from the date of appointment.
• Affidavit Requirement: Applicants for Chairperson/Members of the Child Welfare Committee must submit an affidavit (Form 49 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection) Model Amendment Rules, 2022) certifying they are not barred by sub-section 4A of Section 27 of the JJ Act, 2015.
• Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance (TA/DA): TA/DA shall not be provided for attending the interview.
• Communication to Candidates: Eligible candidates will be informed through telephone call/SMS/e-mail.
• False Information: If any candidate is found submitting wrong information, the Department shall take appropriate action.
• Required Documents: Applicants must submit copies of all relevant documents (qualification, experience, age) along with a copy of one government identity proof.
