Monthly Salary / Pay Scale

• Starting Basic Pay: INR 48,480/- in the scale of 48480-2000/7-62480-2340/2-67160-2680/7-85920 applicable to Junior Management Grade Scale-I plus 2 advance increments.
• Allowances & Perquisites: Eligible for D.A, H.R.A/Lease rental, C.C.A, PF, Contributory Pension Fund i.e., NPS, LFC, Medical Facility etc. as per rules in force.

Other Relevant Details

• Experience Requirement: Minimum 2 years' experience as on 31 December 2025 as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or any Regional Rural Bank.
• Local Language Proficiency: Candidates must be proficient (reading, writing, and understanding) in any one of the specified opted local languages of that Circle.
• Exclusions: Candidates working with subsidiaries of Scheduled Commercial Banks, candidates working in SBI in clerical/supervisory cadre, employees engaged on contract basis, and candidates who have resigned from officer grade in SBI/Associate Banks will not be eligible.
• CIBIL Status: Candidates who have defaulted in repayment under any lending arrangement are not eligible.
• Character & Antecedents: Adverse reports make candidates ineligible.
• Application Process: Candidates must apply online through the bank's website. A valid email ID and mobile number must be kept active. Required documents include scanned photograph, signature, left thumb impression, handwritten declaration, and all relevant documents (ID Proof, Date of Birth Proof, Job Profile, Resume, Educational Certificates, Experience Certificate, Form-16, Salary Slip). Not more than one application should be submitted.
• Pre-Examination Training (PET): Available in online mode for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates.
• Interview Travel Reimbursement: Outstation candidates called for interview will be reimbursed Railway AC-III fare for the shortest route or actual expenses incurred (whichever is lower).
